Vault is Digits' secure document workspace for collecting, organizing, and managing the financial documents that support a business's books.
It centralizes receipts, invoices, bills, bank statements, contracts, W-9s, and other financial documents, connecting them to the ledger and accounting workflows so supporting records are always easy to find.
Example: A receipt uploaded to Vault is attached to the related transaction, making it available during reconciliation, month-end close, or an audit.
