AR aging is a report that groups unpaid customer invoices by how long they have been outstanding. Businesses use AR aging reports to track collections, identify overdue payments, and improve cash flow management.

Example: An AR aging report may show customer invoices that are current, 30 days overdue, 60 days overdue, and 90 days overdue.
