AP aging is a report that groups unpaid vendor bills by how long they have been outstanding. Businesses use AP aging reports to manage payment obligations, prioritize upcoming payments, and monitor cash flow.

Example: An AP aging report may show vendor invoices that are current, 30 days overdue, 60 days overdue, and 90 days overdue.
