To cancel your counter, you need to enter your counter name and password in the below fields and press the Cancel button.

The WebCounter system identifies which counter is being requested by using the counter name which you provided on the creation form when your counter was created.

If you have forgotten your password please use our automated forgotten password page.

If you do not have a password, because you never filled one out or you have ichanged your email address, you will have submit a support form so that this can be rectified.

Make sure that you match the case (whether upper or lower) of the characters in your counter name as well as the _ underscore characters and other special characters exactly. You will get a counter not found error otherwise. Remember that no spaces are allowed in a counter name.

Please be sure you want to do this, as there is a fee for recovering a canceled counter!!
